We are looking into reports of people being wrongly offboarded in Simployer One
Resolved - We have concluded our fixes and monitoring for this particular incident, and therefore will now resolve this issue. Thank you.

Monitoring - We have completed the last phase of fix for this issue, which should bring affected employment data back to normal.
We will be monitoring the changes and continue to assist where needed, please reach out if you are in need of assistance.

Update - We have completed the restoration of users affected by this issue, this means incorrectly offboarded users should now be able to access SImployer One again.
Our next action is to make sure the affected offboard data remains accurate, and we will continue to work with Customer Success team to ensure this is the case.

Update - We are actively deploying a fix that targets users impacted by the recent offboarding error in Simployer One. Restoration is currently underway. We are working alongside our Customer Success team to validate these fixes and ensure everything is back to normal.

Monitoring - Cloudflare services are stabilizing, and are currently operating normally. We see our services returning back to normal as well, but we continue monitoring any updates.

Update - Cloudflare has reported significant progress in restoring services across their global network, and their status has been downgraded from a major outage to degraded performance. As a result, the impact on our systems has also decreased.

Most core functionality has stabilized, but we continue to observe intermittent performance issues for some users. We are actively monitoring Cloudflare’s recovery efforts and will keep tracking any residual effects on our services.
