Update -
We have completed the restoration of users affected by this issue, this means incorrectly offboarded users should now be able to access SImployer One again.
Our next action is to make sure the affected offboard data remains accurate, and we will continue to work with Customer Success team to ensure this is the case.

We are actively deploying a fix that targets users impacted by the recent offboarding error in Simployer One. Restoration is currently underway. We are working alongside our Customer Success team to validate these fixes and ensure everything is back to normal.
