Our service provider has warned us that they need to do an extra service window. During the service window they will test a power outage for the datacentre.
Our services should be up and running during this service window, but we can not give a 100% guarantee.
The major outage on October 31st was related to the service providers testing of a power outage. Since then the service provider has done major improvements to avoid such incidents to occur in the future. This will be their first live test of the new equipment, and we therefore warn our customers that instabilities could occur during this extra service window.
