Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Investigating - The Integrity Framework that computes the anonymity rules is not yet completed, which leads to results from last weeks surveys cannot be shown.

Also results e-mail and invitations to new surveys are delayed.

We are working on a solution.

Planned maintenance – Employee Survey Nov `17`, `2026` `19:00`-`20:00` CET

We will perform scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, November 17 at 19:00 (local time).
This update includes important security improvements and upgrades to core services in Employee Survey.
Impact: Employee Survey will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window.
We will monitor the system throughout the release and provide updates if needed.
